T-Bob Hebert will be just fine where he is.

what worries me most next year is the defensive line. We lose Al Woods, Alexander, Alem..I hope Nevis can step it up. He's a great player. Also hoping Downs and Davenport and Hicks can step it up big-time. We will be young and seemingly succeptible to the run.

Ahh but who gives a frick that's a year away

Miles said last night that Brockers had a chance to start for 4 years at LSU. At 6'5", 300 lbs, he can be a difference maker on the end.

Sorry, but at this stage of his career, T-Bob can't hold Lonergan's Jock. Lonergan may be our best "Pure" offensive lineman. T-Bob also has to get a lot bigger. He spends most of the game on his arse.

This

T-bob has as much trouble blocking as his dad does enunciating on the various commercials he does during Saints games.

Hebert will be all-sec before he's done.

Moffitt is regarded as one of the better S&t coaches in America, but did he drop the ball on T-bob, Hitt, and Dworazyck? The interior of our line seems small.

Maybe T-BOB will be better in the future. As the center, they need to teach him to pick up the blitzes and change protection. Maybe a new o-line coach would help that.

Or maybe other teams are pinning their ears back knowing Jefferson isn't polished at making the quick reads yet....

He doesn't move up in the pocket which causes alot of the problems, and as far as run blocking, everyone in the country knows its up the gut or option short side.....

The line is the easiest scape goat. You combine a polished qb w/ a competent play caller...and the line would not be a topic of discussion.

My boss is on the chain gang at Northview High School where Fordham's plays. He was not impressed with him at all. Being a UGA fan he said he's glad he is going to LSU. I understand he is not a college recruiter but does have a pretty good eye for talent.

You ever see Lonergan play? Probably not. T-Bob has a long way to go before he ever sniffs making all SEC. Too small, bad technique. Watches most of the game from the seat of his pants. But, in his defense, he's not being coached very well. Coach Stud seems to be the biggest problem with the O-Line. I'm not saying that T-Bob doesn't have talent because he obviously does. It's just that at this stage of their careers Lonergan is a better O-Lineman. He just hasn't been given much of a chance. Of course, that can be said about a lot of other players also.

and when have you seen Lonergan play? High School? Give me a break. Hebert came off a knee injury and STILL beat him out. Despite what anyone here says, the best players at their position are on the field....

I disagree. Both our LG and RG could be replaced and we would improve the running game.
