I'm with you brother. I've been screaming this for years.
Build one of these up to the top rim of the stadium and let him circle as he pleases. If you get pissed on, so be it. It will be considered an honor.

I've always wished they would build his habitat connected to the stadium.
Part of it would be inside and have another part and his main area on the outside.
This way he could go in as he pleases if not he can go to the outside area

Taint be more than a couple of hundred yard from the cage to the stadium. Hell, a couple of baws from the outdoor board could build this on there own.
