I'm assuming this is in reference to clock management. One of the most infuriating aspects of Les's regime. Players had no awareness of time. It was like time awareness was a foreign idea.

Was like a cancer that spread throughout the offense that was just impossible to get rid of. Tear it down, start from scratch.

I remember plenty of videos from past practices of him doing so actually.
Him screaming "we're gonna run the veer and never pass" or something along those lines comes to mind.
