I've been hearing rave reviews about Russell Gage and Derrick Dillon in this offense . A coaching friend of my mine who is allowed to observe practices and gets updates has said we only saw a glimpse of what Gage can do last year. Says he will be more effective this year , running lots of tunnel screens, slants and drag routes . Also the breakout player for this year will be Derrick Dillon. Built just like Gage but quicker and crafitier. He says Dillon is one of the fastest guys on the team and looks like he's in the fricking matrix when avoiding tacklers . He is willing to bet 10 grand Dillon will take a wideout sweep to the house at least 5 times this season. I quote, "He has not seen a more elusive guy playing football since Reggie Bush." I'm hyped for this shite, but I have to see the proof.

We shall see, GEAUX TIGERS!

Very encouraging and exciting news if true. I'm so hyped to see our new offense.

I believe you. I went back and watched Derrick Dillon's high school tape and my god... kid might as well be a mini Percy Harvin with his quickness

Moore will play a critical roll in this offense I promise you that. A weapon is a little too much but a will get more opportunities then before.

I think LSU could legitimately have two different offenses, a heavey type of offense and then a lighter, faster type of offense. Moore, Moreau, Washington, Ducre, Williams, Drake, Chark. Then you have Gage, Clyde, Guice, Dillion, Stevens, Chark, Drake, and when he gets healthy Pettigrew. Or you can mix the two.

One thing is for certain, LSU has lots of weapons to choose from. Dillion, and Clyde on the field together with blockers is insane. Both make you miss types and Clyde has very good power mixed with wiggle. I'm excited to see what Canada can do with the offense as a whole.

That's a VERY bold statement. Who is "he"?

Guy here on Atl sports radio mentioned Dillon just last week and how canada would really open up a new world for him. Said Dillon has "ok speed". Idk what his clocked times are, Dillon's tape looks like he has incredible "football speed."

my bad. I had aranda on the brain after reading scrimmage notes.
