I wanted Kiffin. The name had cache and he is a helluva play caller. Complete sleaze and bad HC, but awesome playcaller.

Yea because players having the ball almost get stuck in their facemask is on the QB. News flash the OL stink wayyy worse than QB, the WR stink.

Etling throws for 300 last night if that bogus call isn't made, and if the recs could catch the throws that were right on target. Despite the OL sucking.

Yes, we will be awesome under Canada. We walked into a buzzsaw last night. Key penalties took us out of the game early and missed assignments late burried us. State has a good team and executed well. We should have played better and I expect we will.

The offense created enough misdirection to create room for the running backs and wide receivers. It was just a handful of boneheaded mistakes that cost us more points.

We should score more than 7 against Moo U (although we basically scored 14 and were cheated out of a nice pass and run). However, this is the least experienced WR group that I remember in quite some time and even Chark who is usually very sure-handed dropped what would have probably been a TD over the middle and another pass. That combined with the O-line play would have made it hard on any offensive coordinator last night. With that said, it's Canada's job to get creative and slow down the pass rush. We didn't see many passes to Guice or shorter stuff that could move the chains and slow down a pass rush.

bullshite. our run blocking was literally the only reason we had any offensive yards
