Since yesterday's chaos, would be interesting to see if there has been any change. The latest update I can find via Google is 17 hours ago, and JD5 was listed as "overwhelming favorite" at -1400.

A friend of mine was hanging out at the Heisman house yesterday and said that all the non pac 12 guys think JD should get it.

Nothing that happened yesterday impacted the heisman race

I did that. The info listed is 17 hours old. Is that still accurate? Are people allowed to bet on Sundays? I don't know how this works.

I put 5 down when it was +300 and cashed out for 18.17 last night. Don’t think a sex scandal or drug bust is gonna happen, but I tripled my money so.

Too many are confusing (1) how the Heisman voters think, with (2) how the bettors think the Heisman voters will vote.
If you watched the Heisman odds (2) during the game, it moved from drive to drive and after big plays. It was all over the place.
There is no chance the actual voters (1) were that wishy-washy. Caring about the odds at this point is giving too much credence to the predictive capability of the masses.
Vegas sets initial odds, but right now Vegas is just trying to make sure the odds give them as much money as they need on all candidates so they make money regardless of the outcome.

Not exactly. They felt Nix would get it if Oregon won. The odds were moving based on that.
The argument for Nix to get it based on much better record went out the window with the loss
