Cameron and Peveto gone?

Since it is a forgone conclusion that these two are highly likely not to return next year. Who are we gonna target? Will Alleva make Les have a hands off approach with the offense? Or will it be the same old shite?

If Alleva had balls he'd tell Les that he must allow the new OC to have total control of the offense and then work with him to hire someone.
BDP is wasted space on the staff. You could replace him with a BBQ chef and we'd be better off.

Hany stated that Cameron's contract was not renewed.

People need to understand that the philosophy is correct. The play calling is atrocious. I hope we get an OC that shares Les' same philosophy but that has a modern touch to it, and I hope Les learns to let them control the offense.
Les primarily wants to do 2 things: Limit turnovers, and control time of posession. My modern example is the Seattle Seahawks of the last 3 years. They have dominated opponents with a power running game, a mobile QB, and a great 3rd down conversion rate. They mix up the run and the pass, have dyamic athletes on the outside, and still have a dominant power running game... What we are doing now with Power-I formation and 2 WR at most is severely outdated.
That being said I want someone with a modern-day take on our current approach. Who that is, I have no clue.
Now if BDP isn't gone, the fanbase is going to be livid. It is inexcusable to not have a dominant special teams at LSU, much less the worst in the SEC.

He doesn't need to be fired. Just demoted and given a position to keep him on as a recruiter. He's one of out best right now.

Javi's ears are ringing

He is like 5th as far as recruiting goes. Maybe 6th

If Cam Cameron leaves you can forget about Felipe Franks coming here and the other younger QB he has committed here

No, just no. We have Frank and O, therefore we do not need that waste of space anywhere near the program. Let him go run some other team's defense or special teams in the damn ground. Keep a guaranteed supply of his BBQ sauce to Baton Rouge or something if you feel that bad for him.

I miss the good ole days of Jarvis laying hits on kickoffs, Wing downing punts inside the 5, and Tyrann taking it to the house. Oh how the mighty have fallen

Who else are we gonna get? I mean we have an OC and ST coach who's helped LSU get to 7 wins so far, which will catapult us to yet another bowl game. Look at the coordinators at Texas and Tennessee. Do you want to wind up like them? I can still remember the coordinators Curley Hallman had. DON'T want to relive those days!

People need to stop letting a high school kid hold the program hostage. Franks would be smart to wait and see who we hire, I don't get why anyone would want Cam teaching them after the last 2 years of shite.

I am hearing that Les has to win 1 out of 2 to possibly be here next year and that's not for sure. Cam is gone and next OC will call plays without Miles. This is the part that might make Miles resign.
Just Grapevine information.

I really like this comparison as to what we are doing (or are trying to do) offensively. The thing is, we just aren't getting for various reasons.
The frustrating part is this: there are other collegiate teams which are able to employ a power running game without the need for a two-tight + FB set. I heard a lot this morning on the board and on the radio about how much JD Moore's injury hurt the running game. Really? Why is it other teams, in this very conference, can have a power running game with much less use of a FB and with a lesser-talented starting TB?
