So Frank Wilson is ready for a HC job at a small Texas School but you couldn't have just promoted him to OC at a Power 5 school and paid him accordingly and kept one of your top recruiters? The OC job at LSU is going to pay a lot more than HC where he is. It's worked out for McElwain, Smart, Muschamp, Herman.
