It's certainly a possibility, and I really hope it doesn't happen for him personally. He has a history with alcohol, and I would hate for him to self-destruct in that manner. As much as I didn't want him hired and want him gone now, that would be personally devastating for him and his family. Wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Like SeekGreatness says, any formal contract has with cause clauses in it and a good lawyer could argue this point if O continues to melt as he seems prone to doing. Don't need a fricking buyout if you let him go for cause.
