LSU needs to just go public and claim UF is scared to play the game and see how they respond.

They were too beat up for this game. Their AD and head coach knew this.

They played Sankey like a fiddle.

You really can't do that now as it would paint LSU as insensitive to the situation and only cares about a game.

Nothing good comes from that. Smack talk is for fans. Our athletic department has to act professionally and be diplomatic.

It's a forfeit! And they need to put extreme pressure on that garbage Sankey to declare it so. He's scum!

Agreed.

But if I were him, I'd be on ESPN, Feinbaum, whatever saying now there is an opportunity to play, bring it on or forfeit.

Should be a forced forfeit on their part. Many games have been moved to accommodate the teams' getting to play their conference games, but Florida chose not to abide. Their choice should affect their season, not ours.

No matter how frustrating it is to watch them sit on their hands for a week and not create a plan b, we really can't expect a forfeit. The state of emergency due to the hurricane gives them plausible deniability.
