Byrd is getting better by the day. He is talking to his family, and also respoding to sounds. As of now I haven't heard a release date. He is out of ICU but is still be monitored. From everything i'm hearing from miami his recovery is speeding up. The first few days after the accident he was slowly recovering make little progress from day to day. I've been told that he is 100% better from day to day. If and when i hear a release date possibility i'll be on here to let everyone know. Just keep up the prayers so we can see this guy on sundays very soon.

wow, obviously a severe head injury...if this is still his status today, he is bad shape... sure hope he can make a full recovery but this update actually does not sounds good at all

Your a doctor too huh Zilla........I'll make a note of that...........what part bothered you more the he is talking to his family or responding to sounds part?

Yeah, most likely the he experienced a Subdural hematoma .....
Either way if he can talk and move all extremities he will be in camp and blazing in two months.........yall don't quit your day jobs.

Brah, STFU. He wasn't bashing him or anything. All he said was that if that is his status a week later he must have been injured a lot worse than what was told to everyone. I don't think he is trying to act like a doctor though I think you are over reacting to his statement. I'm mean really. If they are excited about him responding to family a week later it must have been pretty damn bad brah.

Brah, obviously you can't read cause I'm not responding to Cord..........secondly, if you have to get cut out of a car, I'm sure it always bad........I work in on an ICU and sometimes that label can be misinterpreted..
