I thought he was doing it on his jersey and highlighting UCLA. Kind of like a basketball player that shows their school off on their jersey.
At the end of the day either way its not a huge deal.

What do you call what all of our hitters do when they hit a double? Typical South La douche bag thing?
This board isn't objective at all.

Yep, we are ucla's bitch it seems. 2010 and now 2013 in baseball and 2006 in basketball.

He didn't even gesture it at the fans.

I sure as hell would like a crack at those guys on Friday, I can tell ya that. They oughta put up a pic of him slashing his throat in the lockeroom. Hell, tape it to Mouton's belly over the LSU logo. If that don't get 'em fired up and focused til they get another crack at those fools.

I doubt they care about cause the players aren't huge pussies like most of you on this board.

We need to schedule them in football
I really hope we get another shot against them on Friday though.

In football, such a gesture gets a touchdown called back.

Hm! UCLA, Ha! Baseball's not even their #1 sport, surfing is.

I would assume some of South La.s finest had been chewing on him and everyone hes ever known up for 9 innings to that point. I'm surprised they're not hear bragging about it.......

His gesture after he caught the final out seemed pretty classless to me. Aren't football players penalized for these gestures? Shouldn't he be suspended for this taunting and lack of sportsmanship?

Saw that too. Pissed me off
Too many candy arses and ground up silicon Vajj's on here.
"Mommy, he called me a bad name and made a mean gesture towards me."

This is about right.

We measure our dicks after every big hit and you fricks are crying about a throat slit gesture after winning a game against the best team in the field?

This isn't a big deal. LSU fans probably taunted him all game in right field. Don't dish it if you can't take it.
Absolutely!!!!
It seems like every college baseball team, LSU very much included, has some stupid little gesture that they make seemingly every time they get a hit, regardless of the situation. I could understand emotion taking over if you hit a go-ahead double in the top of the 9th vs a top notch closer, or trying to fire up your teammates after a hit in the bottom of the ninth down 2 runs, but a double in the 2nd inning of a 0-0 game? Give me a break!

If LSU would have won the game yesterday and one of LSU's players made a gesture toward UCLA's fans, the same pussies who are complaining would be bragging about the gesture. LSU lost and some of you people need to learn how to deal with it.

this, one way to eliminate the gesture, win the fricking game, and we didn't so deal with it

Ahhh - I didn't take any offense. It's a pretty common gesture. Now, let's just come back and win this tourney.

Didn't like it, but they won the game...
Oklahoma didn't like our players doing a hand chop to the thigh after we had some big hits...
Winners choice, so we'll have to live with it.
