Brothers....Today was AWESOME

I don't know why, but LSU basketball just fires me up. I walked out that game, and I literally could not contain myself. I was dancing around, ran off on the plug (twice), I was even dabbing all game. When the PMAC is rocking to its capabilities, it is a special place. Late arriving crowd and it wasn't filled up, but there were parts in the 2nd half it was just awesome. To everyone at the game, I salute you. Feels good to own 1st place again, and I cannot wait until Wednesday night.
Until then, I will watch and listen to every analyst worship Benny and the boys. And of course, I'll be eagerly awaiting the 2nd installment of Camp's Bracket.

We absolutely needed this win to stay on track. Huge win and will quiet the naysayers for a little while at least.

Agreed, but I really hope we make a nice run in the SEC Tournament too. LSU is going to be a scary draw for anyone, but I'd like to see us get some more experience in that tournament format.

Look, a win is a win & I'll take it. I was at the game & enjoyed it. But LSU's sloppy play is mind boggling at times. They must get better at passing & defense to at least make a mini-run. The dropoff without Victor is so apparent. But really, I don't want to spout too much negativity, I'll stop here. It was a must win, they got it, and it's on to the Gumps. Geaux Tigers!

We had 10 turnovers against one of the best defensive teams in the country. Averaging 10 turnovers a game would be 10th in the nation. And yea, we are thin upfront, but most teams are. Think TAMU doesn't have a drop off after Jalen Jones and Davis? LSU was something like +15 with Victor on the floor.
As far as sloppiness goes...EVERY team in America goes through stretches. Anybody catch the end of the OU game? We praise OU all the time because they make contested 3's, but what happens when all those terrible shots don't fall? Well they look like shite and lose. There will be 1-seeds that have 4-5 losses which is unheard of. There is more parody in basketball than there ever has been. Every analyst in America knows LSU could make a deep run.

Lolz, says one of the biggest negative posters about LSU basketball. Sorry we're 12-5 with Victor on the court and just made another step toward winning the SEC. So yea, I'm gonna enjoy the Hell out of the moment. You enjoy your Saturday night being depressed about the W.
