There just seems to be a fundamental coaching issue going on here. Poor in-game coaching decisions. Poor selection of assistant coaches. Poor evaluation of players, with the best players frequently on the bench or playing out of position. Poor responses to real issues. It’s honestly baffling, and it doesn’t bode well. It feels like a program on the brink of disaster.

I thought they said benign, but he still needs to sit out the year to recover?

Am I making that up?

I like how BK is super private about serious health problems but I think this matter is quite deceiving to anyone who isn't "in the know"

I feel terrible for the guy and I hope it's just speculation on our part.

The common sense approach tells me there's much more and there's something going on with his recovery.

He needs to stop with the, "He's still learning the position" bullshite. I've had about enough of that.
if we were a successful defense this would fly. We stink

If it is that hard to get em ready, maybe we need to simplify

Simplify a whole lot

Kelly expects some tweaks to defense, but still has confidence in the defense

Well that makes one of us.

Are you this dumb? Huge difference playing linebacker ar a power university VS playing in high-school.

The offenses are more complex and as a linebacker you have to recognize them. The defenses are more complex and you have to learn them.

This is patently false especially on the defensive end. This is potentially the least talent that has been on an LSU roster in decades

What are you basing "talent" on?

Kelly's only disappointment with offense was failure to keep drive going with 5 minutes left in game.

I feel the same way. Really want that 2nd and 3rd down call back.

The fact is that Weeks has played better than Speights at LB, if we want better performance, play the better goddamn player!

Kelly plans to analyze practice schedule more to see how it can be adjusted to give more time to address poor tackling. Ole Miss had 285 yards after missed tackles
What about the other 500 fricking yards.

In certain situations, he may be but may not be ready to play every down. You obviously never played

I'm not a football player, I've never had the size to be a football player of any significance. Just, from my observation, Weeks has played better than Speights in the few snaps I've seen Weeks play. It just looks like Weeks has a better grasp of the fundamentals.
