The OP is correct.....if Brantley's injury is as bad as it looks, they're done. If there is an injury like that to JL, we roll on with a person that the coaches originally pegged as the starter........we stack!!!!!

I am fully behind J Lee, but if he were to get hurt I have confidence we could still win with JJ. Apparently I am the only one who thinks this because anytime I mention it someone pops in and goes "DID YOU WATCH JJ LAST YEAR!! AHH! HE WAS AWFUL AHH!!"
I was just pointing out J Lee got booed off the field at one point too, QBs can improve after Crowton leaves

Look at that stats man 788 yds 5 tds. 169 rush yds 2 tds after bye week. Thats trending up. Lee had horrible stats too st beginning of year last year. Didnt have great ones against oregon and kentucky. Cant just look at everything so blindly.

LSU has needed two QB's for the past 4 years. No reason to think it will change this year.

Eighteen, I did not read your mention of J Lee getting boo'ed off the field, not to mention the abuse he received all of the 2008 season. Abuse to the point of transfer considerations on his part. Thank God he stayed. I'm sure you would agree with that.

I would take Mettenberger screw JJ. I guess the meaning of idiot to him is character and integrity. Les seems to have the same definition.

I agree only thing is J. Lee and Mettenberger should be the 2. JJ gave up that right when he took some of new kids out and got them into a mess.
