So what injury was he recovering from against EMU?

What does that have to do with moving goalposts?

Thus far all we know is he can throw the deep ball. Improvement in the pocket and on short throws is likely but will he completely turn around that area of his game in one off-season?

Completely turn it around? Doubtful. Be a good bit better at it? He should be and that should all we need with this team.

Good Lord watch that game again. I get tired of people saying crap like this and not realizing the real problems.

14 pass attempts, 5 drops (3 by Dural). Dural dropped a 30 something yard TD, Johnson let the ball go through his hands on the next play. Later in the game Dupre dropped a TD, and Dural dropped back to back passes right in his hands and one could have went for a 25+ yard TD.

The Syracuse game wasn't much better with the WRs either.

They don't jump for passes, they don't adjust to passes, and they don't fight for the ball. These are the main problems with our WRs. It sucks because they are so physically talented, but they place soft and lazy. This was the first thing Craig talked about doing for them. Making them more aggressive.

Harris also had a strip sack and it was because our draft pick left tackle let some 250lb DE from a low tier school run right through him.
