"#LSU QB Brandon Harris had a 67.2% accuracy percentage under pressure in 2015. The best of any QB in the #SEC." - Jack Farrell

TweetLink

Very interesting.... I also believe he had a 63% completion before the Bama game (Don't quote me on that). Can't wait until the season starts to see how he has developed.

"Davon Godchaux, #LSU DT, was 2nd most productive #SEC interior pass rusher in 2015 - 6 sacks, 12 hits & 30 hurries."

CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT ARANDA WILL DO WITH HIM!'

The BH equation is very simple.

If we are in the top 25 in 3rd down efficiency we win a national title.

He was the #2 QB in the league before that game as well.

Not only 3rd down efficiency, but 1st a second down. We have to mix it up and keep teams off balance. I like where we are headed though, even if we dont see a huge change in the offense. I just want to see EXECUTION

He's not used to the speed. My man G. Cart is quick.

How'd he do in November? That's when our real season started. Our schedule up til then was weak.

The offense, meh.

This defense with Aranda is what I am excited about.

Godchaux is an excellent pass rusher, but he got punished in the run game in our 3 losses.

Oh, you mean after his sports hernia? Not as well, believe it or not.

The main symptom of sports hernias, according to orthopedists, is severe groin pain "especially with twisting movements."

Ya know... A lot like when a quarterback throws a football.

Harris is money when he is on the run or rolls out the pocket. I don't know why we don't allow him to roll out more.

You have to realize youre dealing with a fan base that will ALWAYS move the goal posts as long as Miles is here.

So what injury was he recovering from against EMU?

Cuts QB options 50% and easy to read/defend if overused.

I don't disagree on the importance of third down conversions, I think it isn't a stat that relies solely on BH as the equation

A great third down Conv percentage is achieved with manageable third down yardage.

Many drops were the receivers. He did have some timing issues, but hell he was a first year full starter..... Cant knock him for everything. Added experience and practice will only benefit him.
