Also he should have known, don't care what anybody thinks, he should have known that going behind Miles back to do the interview even getting permission from LSU, was a HUGE no no.
I haven't read every inch of this thread since my last comments, but has it been established that he wasn't cleared to give the interview?

Why do you believe Harris against the actual data but you don't believe Jennings against the actual data?

Based on Harris' play, he doesn't know the playbook. Why do you believe him when he says that he does, but you won't believe Jennings when he says that he's improving?

Cause we have eyes and can physically see that he isn't getting better

How many weeks ago was Auburn?
youre telling me he learned nothing in the following 2 months?
Then the coaches should be fired.

You think the Arky game was an improvement?
Are you people on drugs?

Really seems like some of these people are.

And I saw in all of Harris' playing time is that he doesn't know the playbook (and that includes times when he's come in for one or two plays while AJ was off the field). But you believe his statement 100%. Why?

This particular rumor was that Harris did the interview with fletcher without permission.
Not what I read. I read he literally arranged it on his own, then staff was confronted with it. Who really knows, none of us for sure. If this guy was ready he would play. Blaming it on some personality quirk of Miles and/or Cameron doesn't pass the rationality test. If he really was ready the coaches would play him. You sure don't hear any murmurings from anyone on the team suggesting he is ready but not being played.

Either you're blind or trying to be obtuse.

So you were able to come to that conclusion after only one or two plays?
Damn

I'm saying that neither of our QBs should be believed in interviews.

Do you also see that he has a big arm and more athletic ability than AJ?
You think Nick Marshall is a rocket scientist? Auburn has found a way to put him in a successful position running an offense he can understand.
LSU needs to put the best player in the best position to succeed, not play the guy that can frick up less in the shite offense we are running.

Good one. I told my wife I could play quarterback better than what was on the field and she said you aren't 20 anymore, and I said "Twenty,Hell, I mean today".
Really, the coaching staff seems to have destroyed the confidence of both these kids. I don't give a damn who plays but they have to find someone who gets it done better than this. You can't win very many football games if you can only score 13 points or less. Quarterbacks can't throw straight, receivers can't catch or run routes, line back to not blocking very well. We have gone backwards on offense.

Again-I don't think that was said. Certainly not what I read.

Why does everyone feel bad for Harris? He's a freshman. I understand the level of play in front of him but back in the day freshman couldn't even play. I don't feel sorry for a freshman QB not getting playing time during his first year. Especially when he did get some measure of playing time to separate himself.
Having said all that, I hope he plays the majority of the rest of the way to get some more experience heading into next year.

I come in peace, Mickey. I feel bad for him because his prospects for realizing his potential here are not all that promising if recent history is any indication. One year of Mett playing pretty well with two or three future pro-bowlers in support isn't enough to erase the history of QBs since Perilloux's dismissal.

Because the Qb starting in front of him is less physically talented and currently ranked 100/124 qbs in the country
