I'm just saying not one person has even brought up Bolden's name in a serious manner. This kid was a true fr starter at penn state and has the skill set we are apparently looking for. He's not far off from what Jennings brings to the table, yet he's been passed up. I was not saying it as an insult...for his sake, why is he here? We're talking about a kid who most people see as a 5th option. He could be playing somewhere else.

That is correct, Hill and a huge dose of the run actually hurt Jennings in the bowl game if I may say so. Handing off a million times before the first pass made his confidence hit bottom. Hell, when they threw him in the fire against Ar-Kansas he produced an amazing game winning drive. When he had a month to prepare they had NO TRUST in him. I have to say Les had his arse in this game preparation. I think they even told him not to scramble because he looked sad against avoiding the rush. He looked like a current Jared Lorenzen, who is still QB at 330 pounds!!!

Should have had a killer mix gameplan and beat the crap out of Iowa, but we kept an inferior team close to having an upset as it was one score game toward the end when we dominated them with our defense, but kept them in the game with our inept 3 and out offense. That is what I saw!!!

Dude I sort of agree with you and then I remember AJ was a freshman and getting his first start in a bowl game.... right or wrong it isn't "BAD COACHING" move to protect him from mistakes and protect the ball. Hell it worked despite what you think.

Why take big risk if you don't have too!

Your game plan could very well of ended with LSU losing the game to a pick six and all the fans second guessing AJ's abilities.

I would also like to remind people that when Rettig committed he was one of the most highly rated qb's in the country and people here we having fap parties over it.

Then AJ commits and he made a great end of the year impression, even getting recognition in the elite 11.

Now Brandon Harris is signed and people are saying he will surpass them all.

Now I don't have a clue who will be the starter but to have three qb's that each impressed everyone at some point means surely one of them will pan out! Surely one is the real deal.

And Bolden might come out of nowhere and remind everyone that he is a bigger bad arse then them all.

Damn good problem to have so many potentially good qb's fighting for the starting job.

I'm not picking one, just happy as hell to have such talent at QB!

Spring game can't get here soon enough! Who will be the second qb? RETTIG/BOLDEN/RIVERS???

Probably the dumbest thing I've seen here in the last 24 hours. And I read through all the SEC ref crap last night

Does it matter who starts? The back up will still be more popular

I'm hoping most of all Les stays out of CC's way and lets him work his magic and slot these prospects properly.

The hell does that even mean? Jesus, some people bend over backwards to swipe at Miles.

I think some people forget that Jennings basically took a redshirt last season.

I'd say the work he got as #2 was quite a bit more than a planned redshirt down the chart would get during the year.

I know alot of fans get excited about how strong of an arm BH has. IMO it will be Jennings job to lose. Jennings poise in the pocket should not be overlooked. And by the way, Russell Wilson doesn't have the strongest arm in the NFL but he sure as hell has POISE.

A lot of experts are saying Harris will redshirt. Great live arm but accuracy is not there. And did anyone watch the qb skills challenge? He watched 4 guys before him go and he still had no idea what to do. Lol

I'll throw my 2 cents in. Rettig and Jennings battle for the starting qb spot. Harris red shirts and rivers 2.0 holds the clipboard with kragthorpe. 2 years ago I thought for sure rivers would be our qb this year with Rettig and Jennings eventually taking over after he left. No clue why he hasn't locked up the starting spot.

he looked much better in the game, however, throwing to actual receivers vs. pieces of plywood mounted to a golf cart.

Let's relax and take comfort in the fact that we have at least 3 QB's that could do well.

And for those, especially on the radio, who think that Jennings starts the season but Harris finishes it...I'd hate to witness the cluster that would be the early season if that is the case.
