Henry had 38 carries. Why isn't Saban being criticized for overworking him?

Now what kind of ratings would the award show and all the talking head shows generate if the award was decided? The two went head to head in the biggest game of the season thus far. All these talking heads have short memories. LF will be fine. It's just a more interesting race to the finish now.

Henry is getting the same treatment as Bama does ever year. Play like shite early in the year, and everyone forgets about it by the end of the season.

He does all the time. Its common knowledge in the NFL that an Alabama RB is overworked and has a shorter lifespan than most.

I don't see why anyone is surprised by this. It's become a "best player on best team award." Alabama is now considered the "best team" and Henry is considered their "best player". Ask Mark Ingram. He wasn't even the best player at his position the year he won the award. Yet, Alabama was the best team.

If people still say there isn't a media bias towards bama then they should be pointed towards that shameful Ingram Heisman.
Ingram had 20 total Tds in 14 games with 1992 yards.
Gerhart had 28 total TDs in 13 games with 2014 yards.
