I'm at a point today where I'm fukin sad for my school. We are witnessing 2 coaches blow the college careers of 2 players that could have been the best.

I'm sick for them.

Jones is much worse, because a player like Simmons can have much more of an impact than Fournette, just due to the sport.

Having the best running back in the country is nothing compared to having the best basketball player.

Also basketball already has more loses than LSuUfootball. in 8 games

Throw in Alex Lange for Baseball and one could argue that we have the three best players in the top three sports. Think about that for a second.

Does Simmons/Founette even come to LSU without Jones/Miles?

Depends on who the other coach is. Fournette maybe. I think he had a commitment to Louisiana, and a good coach could have used that.

Simmons no, unless someone else hired his godfather.

Dude stfu....Jones couldn't hold miles jock strap. One has won at the highest level....the other hasn't won shite. That's an insult to miles.

Actually yes they would. Simmons didn't come to LSU because of Jones to begin with and LF bleeds crawfish boil. He loves the state and the school

Both coaches can recruit but lack in coaching ability. Talent can only take you so far. Would love to see coaches to get the most of out less talent.

Unfortunately like the football team and the defenses stacking the box Simmons gets 3 guys on him outside the paint to keep him from penetrating. But after I see him shoot and so many times misses the rim I see why he passes so much. Unless he can make the inside move or shoot the 15 foot jumper his NBA stock will plummet.

No it won't.

He can score around the rim, he can rebound, and he passes extremely well. Thats enough to make him #1. If our team could shoot better around him he would average a triple double a game.

at the next level with a a team with a couple shooters he won't have the same problem he is having now.
