If donating 5K to TAF in one year do you get 7 bonus points AND 10 points (2 per each $1000 donated)?

?... not bragging bro, I haven't done it. like most I don't have 5K to burn. just seeing if worth it to consider in the future. TAF rank of 6614... nothing to brag about.

I only have 5,691 and I got season tickets this year in the SEZ. You might as well try and get in next year. Unless you're lobbying for Stadium Clubs. Then a big donation might help.

I remember you. Second TAF post in 2 days?... says the guy with 29,000 posts in 6 years. My iphone tells me that's about 13 and change posts per day... for six years. And don't be clownin' my post and then asking a TAF question... unless it was sarcasm, I can't tell without any emoticons

I did not down vote your posts but I see several others did. I'm just messing around anyway didn't mean to stir you up. Do you know the difference between priority and philanthropic points?

Just joshin' myself. I'm learning that you got to be able to bring it in the TD forums. From my limited knowledge phil points / rank are the only thing used for season tix allocations and upgrades. You get phil points from donating to any of the philanthropic programs listed on the TAF page. Priority or lifetime points is what is used for away game and post season tix requests. Other types of donations such as season tix donations go towards earning more lifetime or priority points. I think if you have to pay say a $500 season tix donation fee that does NOT go towards your annual phil donations but towards lifetime / priority points... I know I don't have to ask since we are on TD, but someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Priority points - regular ranking, includes all dollars given to TAF, including Trad fund donation associated with season tickets
Phil - does not include any donations associated with season tickets. So this is a "pure donation" ranking... you don't get any benefit here for having tickets for years and paying a Trad fund donation for years
Priority ranking is used for pretty much everything (away games, bowl games)
Philanthropic ranking is used for distribution of new season tickets and wait list upgrades
