I think Jefferson is one of the worst LSU players we've ever had (Hookfin, Booty, Randall as well).
That being said, I am with him on this whole investigation. IMO, he should not be charged and he should stay in school.

Because a bar fight isn't a big deal. Simple battery doesn't make someone a 'frick up'.
I'm sure you interact regularly with people who have DUIs -- a far worse offense than simple battery.

I am not saying you have to support them, but you don't have to throw them to the wolves either.
There is no question this thing is blown out of proportion and if JJ did kick someone while they were down then he should be punished, but your opinion about the situation is based on the fact you dislike him.

If the kids shirt has a shoe print on it that matches Jefferson's then he's toast regardless.
Parking lots are dirty with dirt, dust, smut, etc. I've cleaned my shoes after a walk in Tigerland...they carry dirt so his shoes would leave a mark on the clothing.
