Bleacher Report and Sports Illustrated already have ones out. I know it's wayyyy to early but I was shocked when I saw only 2 LSU players in the first round (Fournette and Adaams). I mean this team has atleast 7 dudes that could go in the first, IMO (Fournette, Adaams, Dupre, Dural, White, Godchaux, and Pocic). I just think this team has more talent than last year's Ohio State (had 10 in the first 2 rounds).

There's a ton of talent on the team, but 7 guys will not go in the 1st round.

Of the list:
Only lock is Fournette unless he gets hurt but even if injured I could see someone spending a 1st round pick on him like Gurley

Adams has coverage issues that could keep him out of 1st

Dupre needs to blow up this year to make 1st

Dural is not a 1st rounder

White could be a 1st, played through injury last year, a little undersized

Godchaux could be a 1st

Pocic is not a 1st rounder yet

If we play like we're supposed to, this could break Miami's record.

I'm interested in Harris. I don't think he'll be a first rounder, but if he puts up nice numbers I could see him going 2nd or 3rd. If he stays for his SR year, which we all expect, and puts up nice numbers, he could be a first rounder in 2018, IMO

And with the 12th pick (again) in the 2018 NFL draft, the New Orleans Saints select: Brandon Harris QB from LSU!
The heir successor to Drew Brees!

No way. Not because Harris isn't good but because he goes to LSU. If it were between him and Wisconsin-Oshkosh QB Brett Kasper, we're taking the guy who goes to a school with the name OSHKOSH

7 is possible but far from a given.

It really is incredible what Ohio state did in the draft this year.

Adams and Fournette are the most likely to go in the first with Pocic close behind, just look at the Bama players this year no way did I think Ragland, Robinson and Reed fall to the second.

Bleacher Report does a terrible job with rankings and mock drafts. I already saw that yesterday and this guy is bad at these mocks.

White is a top 5 corner, but could be a top 3 with a standout year. There should be no less than 3 corners picked in the 1st round, and while I believe Jourdon Lewis and Desmond King are the outright top 2, 3-5 is a debate with SEC guys Taber, White, and Sutton.

Adams will be the best safety in the draft and anybody who tells you differently, doesn't know what they are talking about.

Godchaux is progressing greatly and with his knowledge, ability to get pressure, and versatility, he should be in the first.

If Pocic goes to tackle, he will assuredly be a 1st round pick. If he stays at center, there is still a chance (aka Kelly from Bama a couple days ago).

Dupre will take the leap that every #1WR takes for LSU in their 3rd year. I expect him to have a 1000 yard double digit TD year. Don't doubt this kid. He is something special, and will be a first round pick thanks to the help of Craig with his route running and aggressiveness.

I expect LSU to have 6 go in the first and another 3 in the 2nd.

Ragland had a medical issue that came up, that scared a lot of teams.

Reed wasn't expected to go in the 1st, and where did you even come up with this?

I am surprised with Robinson, but then I realize that he really didn't improve throughout his career and regressed slightly. He was a beast as a freshman, but never got better than that. I still believe he should have been a 1st rounder, but not surprised by him dropping.

1. U crazy

2. If he does progress like Brandon Allen and Dak Prescott did (BIG IF), with his physical talent and 4 years in an NFL pro style offense, he's a top 2 round player.

Well, I never considered him a 1st rounder and didn't know others did. It is Alabama though and their players do seem to get over ranked.

Matt Miller (B/R mock drafter that OP talks about), had 5 for Alabama in his early 2017 piece, yet I can honestly only see three ATM.

LF, Adams, Dupre, and Godchaux will be locks barring any unforeseen injuries.

Pocic should project well.
Tre White will go in 1st if he runs well, cause I feel he'll be on the shorter side.

Same with Neal.

Dural is similar to Will Fuller who just went in the first. If he can break 4.4 look our

As fans we always think that we overestimate our players sometimes.

I'm a true tiger fan and always wish our guys well but I could give a rat's arse about the draft. No LSU, no care
