Ratphuck Hobley.

I believed the hype and he just never did live up to it.

I like how you made it seem like this was an LSU relevant topic you wanted opinions on when it was entirely intended to shite on some dude no one has ever heard of before.

Don't blame him, blame his parents, mostly his mother. BTW, eat a bag of dicks.

Football: There are several, but these two 5-star recruits are up there: Tyronne Malone, 1988 linebacker recruit from Texas and more recently, defensive lineman Chris Davenport.

Both transferred to other schools.

Travonte Valentine - was incredibly hyped and discussed as “unblockable”. Reading about him made people think he may be the next Dorsey. He contributed but I felt he may be someone who could truly be a game changer and well it didn’t happen.

Xavier Carter comes to mind

5 star receiver with world class speed who ended up in trouble. Left his lasting memory by fielding a kickoff and taking a knee at the 1.

I’m gonna go ahead with Hobie Hotard out of Jesuit high school. The dude won 4 tennis state championships (although he did cheat a lot) in Louisiana and signed a scholarship to play at LSU. The little bastard ended up quitting 2 weeks into his freshman year to become a frat star and now lives in New Iberia with a tranny. Or so I’m told.

He steal your tranny?

Despite the word play Beth Provost would be #1 for softball, 2 time Gatorade POY in La. and went home after fall ball freshman year.

Even if he sucked at football he matched a record by Jesse Owens on the track.
