Both are dealing with injuries and both have arguably the best player in the country on the team.

A-Football
B-Basketball

6 games into the basketball season seems a little early to start bashing on them - even by TRant standards??

Well I think most people said 3-2 losses for the football team.

But basketball, even though its still early.

Not saying basketball yet, it's way too early. But if they don't get their act together by the time conference play starts, the answer will definitely be basketball.

ETA: This is a really big year for the basketball program. If JJ can turn this into a nice year, it could be big for the program going forward.

B, for sure. 3 losses was a reasonable expectation for LSUFB.

Basketball by a mile. What most people thought this team would be would've beaten CoC by 25 points. Instead we lost by 12, and that was a fortunate number because they basically played keep-a-way the second half.....

It has to be B. We are at .500 right now, and we've lost to some shite teams. We should be out-talenting these teams right now and we aren't. At least in football we beat the teams we were supposed to beat (Arky is better than they get credit for)

It's a bad loss man, but it's a tough game to play. They came off two really close losses and I'm sure they were just ready to get home. It happens.

They're working in a lot of new pieces and Victor isn't even out there yet (although I'm not quite as high on him as some). Gotta give these guys some time to figure it out.

Losing to CoC is a BAD loss. That's the kind of loss that goes on your NCAA Tourney resume under "REALLY FRICKIN BAD LOSSES". It's the kind that negates a win against Kentucky bad. The losses to Marquette and NC state may turn out ok, but that CoC loss will hurt us when it comes tourney selection time. We've had losses as big favorites frequently during JJ's time here, and they consistently come back to bite us come tourney time

How to run an offense? That should've been figured out a long time ago. Street ball/ iso-screens isn't gonna work against any team

Ok. I'm sure they won't improve at all and probably won't win a game the rest of the year...

B and it isn't even close. The game last night was like if Eastern Michigan whipped our asses by 2 touchdowns.
