SO he doesnt do the recruiting, he doesnt do the defense....he works with the offense? What does he do exactly?
obviously nothing. you are rt he does absolutely nothing. So it seems you should be mad at the guy that hired him and the other guy that keeps giving him a raise for doing nothing. Les just laughs his way to the bank because the LSU higher ups are dumber than him.

Im asking you. It's a question, not an indictment. Can you tell me what he does?

what they are doing wrong, most likely the offense and st blunders. They, the coaches, are getting together to come up with a plan to correct this for the tamu game.
Which for him typically means working on executing the offense in place better. It's not the execution, it's the offense. One I fully expect to see against A&M. I desperately want to be proven wrong here, I'm just so damn certain I won't be.

He doesn't need to give away everything, but good God he could at least give the fan base something a little more specific. I'm sorry to say his deception is related to his inability to change and make meaningful adjustments.

"what" in the question implies a list of things done this year he deserves credit for. Go ahead, list them.
I answered he gets credit for his entire tenure. That is why i came back at you with what do we do with the next coach since we are only evaluating a coach based on one season that isnt even finished yet.

My question wasnt about his tenure. It was about this year. I know you want to answer a different question, so I'll tell you what...you answer my first question, and then I'll ask the question youve been trying to answer.

Maybe he could also say the team will stop signaling which side they are running the ball to before every running play.

I want to know why you give him credit for losing to Bama?

I dont go sit in his office and see what he does on a day to day basis, but sure, hes in charge of one of the wealthiest programs in the country. Why is it so wealthy, well his sustained success over a 10 year period.
Now when it comes to game planning. im sure, just like every other head coach, he sits down with his staff and they come up with a plan of what exactly they want to do. those coaches then relay things back to the positions they coach. Players and coaches spend time in the film room breaking down what went wrong with the previous game and break down the team they are preparing for. After that they actually work on things in practice that Les Miles heads up.
The guy isnt coaching every single player on every little thing. no head coach is. that's why they have assistants.
Since it is a bye week, im sure some coaches will be on the road recruiting. Other home games they set up for the official visitors. Sometimes they come to Les house, sometimes he goes out to eat with them. Meets the parents and explains what the kids role might be if he chose to come to LSU.
there is a lot i didnt add because i could go on and on all day.

So what did he say?
That they are reading the rant to figure out what to do

The key is don't listen to what he says. He is going to keep doing what he wants to do and blow smoke up everyone butt and hope they believe it. If you know anything about football you know he is running a power I offense with two read option qb's . Thos tw qb's will never be able to run this type offense lsu will drop like a rock because les is hard headed and will never admit he is wrong. LSU IS SCREWED!!!!

The rest of this season is going to be like watching the 2nd half of the National Championship debacle. Having zero success with the current quarterback all the while knowing that the better quarterback is holding a clip board. There is a saying that obviously Les doesnt pay attention to "numbers don't lie"

He should be credited every win and every loss. Im not praising a loss to bama. Sure we got cheated, but we should be better than the refs, we werent.
To cptbengal. I dont know how to spell it out diff, he gets credit for the record we have so far this season. i dont see how that is so hard to understand. he gets credit for 7 wins and 4 losses.
Im just saying im not ready to blow the whole thing up because we arent having a good season.

Criticism was sharp after the Malveto debacle, and it too Les over a year to even act on it. What is the timeline now?
That was one season and they were moved out at the end of it. How much faster could he have done that?

He handles the D just fine when it needs correcting. Everyone is worried about the O. It hasn't gotten fixed yet.

I'm interested to see how many more jump after he rolls out another miserable Offensive performance against A&M's terrible D with AJ at the helm once again. I gradually went down during the season and for good after Arkansas, hell tigerinthehollow went down and he was one of the biggest pumpers on here. Another game and more of these guys will be joining the negatiger party.
Posted on 11/19/14 at 12:48 pm to Mr. Wayne
If we lose to A&M with the same offense and AJ at the helm there will be serious calls to fire him. Not just rantard bullshite. And yes, I know he won't actually get fired but another Arkansas performance and he'll be on the hotseat going into next year.

No adjustments to the O and even a win should get him on the hot seat. Another Arkansas and I'm posting porn
