Robert Royal wasn't bad either. Trindon probably had the biggest impact in 2 or Kennison

Bear Bryant used to give baseball scholarships to football players back in the day.
I'll go with George Atiyah, nose tackle and wrestler.

Surprised no one brought Eddie Kennison yet. Won a national championship in track and also was a great receiver for LSU and went on to solid pro career

Cannon for me.
No. 1 draft for both NFL and brand new AFL Houston Oilers in 1960. Cannon began his AFL career as a halfback for the Oilers. A two-time AFL All-Star, Cannon led the league in rushing and all-purpose yards in 1961. He was named the most valuable player of the first two AFL championship games, which were won by the Oilers. He was moved to fullback and later tight end after being traded to the Raiders, with whom he won another league championship in 1967. That season he played in the second AFL–NFL World Championship game, retroactively known as Super Bowl II, in which his team was defeated by the Green Bay Packers.\
SEC 100 yd. dash champion in 1958 with a time 0.5 sec slower than his best. The winning 16# shot put for the SEC meet that year was 51'4"; Cannon had thrown it in other meets 54'11".
Bench pressed 270# in 1957; which at the time was 10# less than the Olympic record.

Bobby Lowther in the early days. He is still the only 2 sport All American to come through LSU. Played basketball and track. From Bolton High in Alexandia. In LSU and Louisiana hall of fame. I watched him drain one 3 pointer after another at his granddaughters house when he was in his late late 70's. Look him up
