I'd say just bring cajun cooking to them. Might be trying to hard to come up with a theme food.

having said THAT, I vote for something that requires no teeth to eat.

We had some deer tenderloin last season for the Pitt game that was sliced, then wrapped with bacon and grilled. It was amazing.

The offical snack food of West Virginia is actually Pizza Rolls. Odd but delicious!

NO, No, No, NOT pizza rolls.

They are in fact actually PEPPERONI Rolls. And you will find them at most tailgates around Mountaineer Field.


By all means, please ask to try one. After sampling the delicious Cajun food last year at your place, it's the least we can do. I'll pack some extra just for you.

I honestly thought moonshine was more a Tennessee or Kentucky thing. Last year we partied with a large group of Vol fans before and after the game and they brought several jars of the stuff.

Some was flavored and some was just straight old fashioned burn my insides out. Great stuff.
