Bengals are one loss away from clinching top pick in 2020 NFL draft.

Cincy's final two games are Miami and Cleveland.

quote:

With a loss against the Patriots, the 1-13 Bengals are now in a position to clinch the first overall pick in the draft.

If somehow the Bengals fail to lose out, they could still rise as high as second overall under a few specific circumstances.

No really. Defines where Joe will collect his 35 mil, and pla ball for the next few years.

Personally, I think it is an excellent spot for Joe to start the NFL journey.

Cincinnati is a fricking terrible organization in a terrible city, but I guess I should expect this from you.

1) Burrow will have a significant and immediate impact on Cincy's attendance, TV viewership, and merchandising.
2) Their head coach is an advocate of the same style of Spread offense that he played at LSU.
3) Joe will get immediate and significant QB PT in Cincy. Certainly wouldn't be true at any of the blue-chip franchises
4) Joe will be close to his family there. That can be a big plus for rookie NFL ballplayers.

@ BayouBengals18 - you've been wrong about pretty much everything regarding Joe Burrow so far. Who cares what you think about the almost certain landing spot for JB.

Quit throwing piss balloons on Joe Burrow's NFL career. It changes NOTHING, you moron.

He should also have a healthy AJ Green to throw to.

So the Patriots had to cheat to beat a team that is tanking for the #1 overall pick. The Patriots may be the worst franchise of all time if it weren’t for their cheating skills.

Not even mad. I’m impressed.

I have no idea how they feel, and I know nothing about the Bengals, but if I were the Burrows, I would strongly consider an Elway/Manning manuver....jus sayin
