Before the game, Ensminger tweeted LSU was going to try and score 60 pts.

LSU 's offensive game plan will be geared to score as many pts. as it can, in every game. Bringing it!

He under-achieved big time. He should be fired asap.

Wonder why Miles never gave this guy a shot at OC?? LSU Alum and ex QB! Should def know offense, but he goes years with terrible offense and then imports Cammy Cam. Lol

Wasn't he there on the staff through the Miles/Studrawa years especially 2011??Lol

I always questioned his place on the staff, but he sure did a hell of a job yesterday.

Hopefully our passing game can get more explosive.

That's interesting. There was a missed FG and Battle dropped a pick-6.

That was impressive offensively, defensively, it was LSU's most dominant game on every level.

Ensminger's brother in-law shared the news not the tweet.

Because he wasn't a successful coordinator at any of his stops.

He's probably so happy not to have Cameron and Miles weighing him down.

Likely he wasn't given such a free reign in the offense at any of his stops, like at LSU. Whatever he's doing, it works.

He only had 2 good defenses back him up in all the years he was OC. Both were at Texas A&M. Those teams went 10-0-1 and 9-3. Amazing what a good defense can do to help the offense and vice versa. He'll be just fine here. The man is very intelligent.

Given Miles's history with all of his OC's, do you really think if Steve was the OC under Miles that he would be able to call a game like he did last night???

We would have hit that given we missed a fg, missed a pick 6, and missed 2-3? deep passes that were walk ins.

He was 11-0-1 as a coordinator at Texas A&M in 1994. They were on probation that year so no bowl.

Malachi said it all. Hopefully, this lights a fire under him and the rest of the receivers knowing they can put up big numbers. Listen to the very end. LINK
