They just started beer sales at the university of Minnesota last year, but it was authorized and voted on by the state legislature out of sympathy for the fans. They actually need it with that team.

You sound like a blast to hang out with! What bingo hall would you like to hang out at this weekend?

I think in suites they don't even sell it though you can bring it or order or Into your suite

Beer and liquor is already stcked in the suites before each game, depending on what was ordered for the game.

Nice post by the holier than though non-drinking contingency. Pleas gfy. The Tigahs get me very excited without booze. Going into the game, I also become a little nervous. For 90% of society, a little booze helps with the nerves. Now gfy.

THIS! But it's more of an order for the season or sort of an ongoing deal (whatever you have left at the end of the season, is yours to take home). You can't bring any in (legally), that is completely wrong. TAF gets plenty of money for the liquor and beer in the suites!

Glad bbap finally showed up

I'm pretty sure Tiger Stadium once sold beer.

Does anyone know when that stopped and why?

They did on sundays in 2005 and every Memorial day weekend for the past few years.

I mean for Tiger football games, of course.

I'm pretty sure they sold it up until the late 60s or early 70s.

Had to be before then if they did. My parents had tix since the early 60s and said LSU never sold beer.

Stadium club lines are long for the beer and mixed drinks so there are many who do want to drink at the games. To me after all the tailgating the game is a nice break from the booze. If they win bottoms up afterwards but I dont usually spend much time in the alcohol line in the club.
