Paul Finebaum ended his show tonight with the clap video, from the heart, across the SEC. Not likely to see the likes of him again. Change needed, but such an avoidable loss for him and LSU.

Finebaum seems to have been really won over by Miles (as a person) from interacting with him.

I don't think anyone is really saying he should have been kept on though. It was time for him to go. But we can still think fondly on the things he did accomplish and admire him as a person.

Miles deserves respect at the highest level for his tenure at LSU. Frick anyone who thinks otherwise.

Things aren't mutually exclusive. We can recognize that Miles was a great man and coach at LSU, but that it was also time for a change

I really wish there was some sort of administrative position we could have offered him.

The guy was a great face for the university.

This entire fricking state has acted like the guy died. The same people who were just on social media calling for his head are the same ones posting pathetic "thanks les" bullshite.

The man got fired for not doing his job. Nothing more. Nothing less. Was he classy? Yes but that's not what he was hired for.

He still deserves respect a-hole. The man was a fantastic ambassador for LSU and Louisiana.

Saturday on live tv he referred to Miles as a "goofball". He's an a-hole.

Wipe the tears! Les is not leaving empty handed. I'd love to have the doe he will receive. It was his choice. Make changes or accept the consequences.

To me it looks like a video of a bunch of people making fun of a retarded person.

The whole SEC is sads that LSU cut off their cast and looks to be fully healed and ready to run through a brick wall again.

The clap video was a great tribute to the man. A man who was a great ambassador for LSU/Baton Rouge and the State. Just wish he were a better Coach !!
