Thursday night, Friday morning, or earlier this week when they knew the likelihood of bad weather was strong.
Last night the forecast called for it to be storming in BR right now. OOPS!!!!

rain still at bay in the gulf (its been going straight east all day) and they bumped the chance of rain to 7:30pm (later than earlier)

Since Jim had the football game earlier I hope this game has some delays and finishes around 1:00 in the morning.
