Tell me you don't know how many pitchers we used in two games.

For how much flack Poche has got on this board, he is having a fantastic year.

He's had a couple of very solid outings in a row. Peaking at the proper time.

Great work Stro!

Poche has the support of rant....

I am surprised at Lange's splits. .144 vs RH and .277 vs LH

Phew...I just finished crunching the numbers.

Strall leads the team in percentage hot shots off the 3B.

Tell me again how it was the right move? It was a guess move. Period. He thought we might need an extra pitcher. Okay. That's fine. But he left our best bat off the bench. That was right?

Holy shite I did not realize HN is on a 21+ inning scoreless streak this year.

I've read quite a dozen comments about how he's not a Friday guy and such. To me, that is unwarranted.

That has much more to do with Lange and our expectations with what a Friday starter should be. Not really knocking Poche, IMO.

The least publicized LSU baseball stat:

Mark Laird has ZERO errors over his 2 1/2 year career.

373 chances. No errors.

Andrew Stevenson has only 3 out of 350 chances.

What makes these numbers so impressive is how aggressive both of them are in making tough plays in the OF.

I get bringing the extra pitcher but zardon should make the trip over krob, byrd, and the brothers Jordan.

Since Foster is somewhat cooling down, why doesn't CPM throw in Zardon or Krob for an AB or two? Or let Zardon DH vs. a Lefty.
