If I'm not mistaken you can only purchase them at the box office day of the game

Might get them, might not. For Texas A&M Thursday night, there were regular seats left for sale but no standing room tickets. This was a couple of hours before first pitch.
This shouldn't be a problem for Mizzou.

You can purchase SRO online but it will cost you more. $10 SRO tix will cost you $14 online.
