I'm here to bitch about the lack of a 3rd starter being developed.

For anyone who doesn't know: these are open to the public. Just walk in and sit anywhere you like.

Print-out a roster a home for reference.

I keep my phone on the roster from lsusports.net website sorted by jersey number.

Wide open. Walk right in and sit where you please.

Hopefully our T.D. guy (forgot his name) attends practices and posts stats again this year.

Awesome. I'm coming down for the Mizzou game a week early so I'll be in town. Tuesday would be my best chance to make it.

The only expectation they exceeded was the SEC wins. Most people had them losing a super in the preseason prediction thread.

There's no such thing as taking a break from bitching when it comes to LSU sports

Can't wait to see the battle at third base and First. Apparently Deichmann might be moving to Right. Should be an interesting Fall

I don't think anyone had them as a national seed before the season started. That exceeded expectations. Most people expected them to be on the road for a Super.

Josh Smith is too good not to be in the line-up. Chris Reid may lose his spot at third. How long has it been since LSU had a true first baseman and big bat at first?

Some huge guys that throw heat are in the freshman class. One of these guys is bound to work out as our #3.
Matthew Beck, RHP, 6'7" Alexandria
Zach Hess, RHP, 6'6" Forest, VA
Hunter Kiel, RHP, 6'3" Florence, AL
Todd Peterson, RHP, 6'5" Lake Mary, FL
Will Reese, RHP, 6'4" Leesville
Blair Frederick, LHP, 6'0" New Orleans (Brother Martin)
Eric Walker, RHP, 6'0" Arlington
Nick Bush, LHP, 6'1" Leesburg, GA

Both a result of the SEC wins. Like I said. That was the only thing.

But that brings up another point. Yet again, as a national seed, we couldn't get to omaha and win more than a game.

So preseason expectations vs pre postseason expectations were totally different. One was exceeded. One fell short. Glad PM gets paid on the preseason one...
