Kid also has two walks and two wild pitches now. And laird had a hitters count. But sure let's bunt in the first inning.

after the guy got to 2nd you keep the bunt on. probably bunt/take a strike but still leave the bunt on to get him to 3rd w/ <2 outs.

Always a good idea to bunt in the first inning, while the pitcher is struggling, against Lamar, on a Wednesday, while we're trying to build some confidence with momentum at the plate.
