I think the owner post here and he usually surfaces around this time when LSU makes it to Omaha.

They should get closer to 1500 lbs if not more. People besides LSU fans will probably want to go and try boiled crawfish.

True but they eat like a dozen crawfish and think that's a lot...

Owner, or his wife, was on the BR radio today. They open at 11:00 AM Sunday and will have boiled crawfish all day. Or until they run out according to this thread.

They will boil crawfish again on Tuesday and Thursday (Tiger off days in their bracket) if LSU is still around.

Hmmm, maybe. Earlier I texted one of the guys boiling and he said they were starting 10-10:30. I'm just going by that. I could be wrong. Maybe they are starting earlier.
