I'm telling you, Saban does NOT run a clean program. Behind all that success is a man carrying dark secrets.

A couple of extra gump wind sprints, which only makes him better.

Last time I checked smoking weed was still against the rules. It ticks me off that LSU had to dismiss one of our best defensive players ever for drug tests

When you fail about 7 drug test then you are going to get kicked off the team. In your own words it's against the rules not to mention illegal.

Yeah, but the double standard is what gets me. It's okay if you're caught physically smoking weed. You just better not fail an NCAA drug test.

Eta. And yes TM7 compared to Hootie/Cam/Tim are apples to oranges. Because those players haven't publicly failed any tests.

What is it with people that theoretically have a lot to lose and smoking pot in cars.. I have zero qualms with athletes smoking pot especially in lieu of other pain management techniques but damn, do it in provate

Now that LSU has gotten rid of the only honest coach in college football, I'm sure we'll start sweeping things under the rug the way Bama does too.

Nick Saban believes it is in the "best interest of the players" to not get charged with crimes or have their illegal activities noticed because it may hinder their futures. He's not one that holds the players accountable.
