Agreed, gump.

That call was questionable, but the damning part is that they started the clock too early on the game-winning play.

Agreed, the ref said the clock would start on his signal, where was the signal?

And why not review the whistle signal against the clock starting? They would've done it for bama.

THIS. THIS. THIS.

Yes, the snap came after the clock hit zero. BUT the clock was started before it should have been. THAT should have been what was reviewed.

Dude they fricked us whole game. They actually gave auburn 5 downs once. Plus since the foul occurred during the play the rule clearly requires that the clock starts when the ball is snapped

Why not hold the SEC office accountable? Is LSU just going to allow them to get away with it?

Nope. Not a troll. Just somebody who saw y'all lose a game against AU & the officials & thought it sucked.

If not, then how adorable. Of course, he will learn that to know the rant is to hate the rant.

Let it go - we have, fired a couple of coaches and moved on. Doesn't matter how it played out, who got screwed, who didn't the past is the past and can't be changed.

Because our pansy of an AD would rather turn on his own people than fight for LSU.

Hence Guice's tweet "the worst support".

Honestly, this just came down to the ref's discretion. A case could be made that the receiver kept the play alive and went out standing up. I thought at the time that the clock should have stopped and said something about that when it happened.

I LOATHE the damn clock rules that came out in 08 or so. They are the root of a some of our problems, and have spawned the popularity of the HUNH. Miles' style of offense shortened the games even more and limited our opportunities. Combine that with a sharp downturn in execution, and you have fewer plays and big problems.

You are correct.. There were other issues as well.. I know Lsu offense has been bad but that auburn D is legit I'll give em that but we shoud have had time for that last play. Period..
