Flew back with another couple of *substantive* boosters. In short, unless Orgeron loses this team & the bottom falls out he gets a shot to turn things around in 2018. Àlso the same goes for Alleva.

There are some projects that certain people are trying to get off the ground (improvement to facilities & and a modernization and upgrade to Tiger Stadium next decade). It is felt that money should be raised for those purposes and not costly buyouts.

If Orgeron is canned this year you are looking at $10 million for his and staff buyouts plus an equivalent for a new HC and staff even if Les takes another coaching job.

That's a lot of capital, especially with a new fundraising push slated to start in 2019, and with no guarantees that new staff can even undo the damage done.

Take it for what it's worth...

Well, those facility upgrades will be great except for the part where no one goes to games

So we should pull for him to lose out, got it

Facility improvements don't mean jack shite when the team can't beat Troy at home

The bottom fell out last night. There are no more bottoms. If we cannot beat Troy or be competitive with Miss State, where is there another win on our schedule?

I honestly don’t think he gets canned this year. This administration is inept and incredibly stupid. They hired a coach with a shite record for HC and gave him the gold pot at the end of the rainbow.

Unless we keep losing and attendance craters, you won’t see a change this year. And I mean 20-30k at a game. I believe if we get some 11AM games in there, it could be possible just out of inconvenience.

Upgrades are pointless if you have a rudderless program with consecutive losing seasons.

I'm sure Ed will be at LSU until the end of next season, but Alleva needs to be fired this year.

Orgeron's buyout alone is more than $10m. Nice troll though.
