Auburn RV park-LSU fans BEWARE!

We made reservations 2 months in advance for baseball weekend, but due to Covid-19 and baseball season getting cancelled, we had to cancel. They refused to give full refund or even hold a credit on file like most RV parks we have stayed at. They charged one night stay and won’t give it back! We asked to speak to the owner and He/she will not return our phone calls. We are in a worldwide crises situation and ordered by government to stay at home but people like this are taking advantage of us and not being cooperative.

Have a letter sent from a law office.

Set fire to theirs when they go to BR

From their point of view they're looking at losing an unknown number of weeks or months of revenue and possibly being out of business. Their mortgage note won't stop coming due. This doesn't do much for goodwill but it may keep the lights on another week.

Do they have any trees you can poison while wearing red?

I would have a lawyer send a letter.....that should solve your problem

Stayed there several times and have family members that use it during football season. Nice and cheap. I'm sure they'll work with you. It's just kind of crazy times.

Uh, that still doesn't make it right to charge someone for anservice that they didn't receive. It's fricked up and not right in any way you look at it. Wtf are u talking about?

If you paid by credit card, give them a call and they'll put the charge on hold until something is resolved.

What was there stated cancellation policy if any?
Posted on 3/23/20 at 10:04 pm to canchjc
1. Use rv bathroom starting today.
2. Roll in for the one night you paid for.
3. Drop black water.
4. Roll out.

Did you agree to a cancellation policy when you made the reservation? If so, what did it say?

Credit card chargeback time

This is why you put things on a credit card. And if you did, make your cc company fight for you on a chargeback. It costs the company money when you file a chargeback so they will either refund you or lose.

Give them free advertisement. Name them so we can avoid the same fate.

I had to cancel a reservation at Farr Park in Baton Rouge this past season and paid full amount for one night, so I assume this isn’t unusual.
