LSU will open the other upper decks if there is a demand.

Yeah I just heard Jordy on the Scott A show saying he would be surprised at anything over 60k
I'd be shocked if it was that low.

Way over.
My tailgate group is working on a plan now. Gonna try and feed a bunch of USC fans if we can.

Under.
Short time frame.
What people won't realize is that it will be an impressive feat to get to 60K from zero on this short notice.
If these prices were cut by half they might have hit 80k.

60,000 seems about right. A lot of season ticket holders either have other plans, don't like day games or don't like going to every game anyway. This game probably won't be too fun to watch.

Plus it's bow season and a lot of people I know already have plans to go hunting this weekend.

i just think that the people who would go out of their way to attend LSU games in the fall, also went out of their way to plan other important events around away games and bye weeks.
They probably have important events scheduled for this weekend
(I have a party for my mom so i will not be in attendance)
At this late a juncture it is probably too late to reschedule said events, so they'll have to miss the game
I do hope it gives other people who can't regularly attend a good SEC game an opportunity to go to the game at a discounted price

I've got a killer Halloween party at 7 pm.
The 11 am kickoff was money for me...now, I'm not so sure.
Two tickets $150, plus beer, food, etc and I'm looking at probably $250 on the day to sit in 85+ temps at 2:30 to watch a blowout then come home, shower and go to a party that's going to keep me up till probably past 2 am.
I'm torn!

Think about it, Dan Borne won't even be there because he has a wedding to officiate. If Dan Borne can't be there, how many thousands of Tiger fans also made plans to do something else this weekend while the Tigers were on the road? How many fans from Texas, Mississippi, North La. make plans to be off of work for LSU home games, but can't drop everything on 3 days notice???
