So South Carolina can do it (which LSU supported hugely) and LSU can do it (several different natural disasters over the years), but when poor florida waits until the 11th hour we're all assholes.
No one is saying they don't care about the tragedy. we are saying it was totally plausible to prevent this from being an issue in the first place, and florida purposely ran and hid from the game. You make it sound like this is some unprecedented situation. Why does Florida get a pass, but South Carolina and LSU are expected to make other arrangements?

so apparently you're not seeing the other big picture here regarding the game being 'postponed' (cancelled). this hurricane didn't just pop up and say 'boo' today. the UF athletic dept has been knowing for days that Matthew was likely headed their way.
this boils down to them not wanting to play LSU, who will likely beat them with their injuries, away from BHGS because they're banking on Tennessee losing to aTm and Bama which will send Fla to ATL.
in that process of them being pussies, LSU can (not likely, but still) actually win out and finish 6-1 in the SEC and Bama still go to ATL with the higher SEC winning percentage even tho we won head to head.
LSU would've played in BHGS if the roles were reversed. they've done it!
