Right. If you want to harm a player, the middle of a football game isn't really the best place to start.

Oh come on.
If running on the field gets you essentially no punishment, that's not a very good way to keep people from running on the field, is it?
They shouldn't be arrested, since there wasn't a game going on when it happened. But they should be ticketed.
