Are teams re-seeded for CWS?

Looks like there are 2 brackets. Do they re-seed for 2 4 team brackets?

I've always liked the idea of reseeding. Too many national seeds getting knocked out.

Really...internet cops swarming to be the cool guy criticizing people. I caught the end of a radio segment today and I thought that's what they were talking about. It's not as if there has never been changes to the format of the CWS. But I'm sure you to idiots weren't around then.
