I'd guess it's just your garden variety incompetence. DeKalb County is rife with administrative indifference/ineptitude. Anybody from the Atlanta area that went through the public schools in the city or neighboring DeKalb has dealt with this exact same BS.
You have to jump through hoops to even get a copy of your transcript. I can imagine the bureaucratic difficulties only multiply from there if you need something changed.

Arden Key running with the 1st's today is a testament to his preparation and physical tools. Even with Bower out today, there are 2 older guys (Teuhema, Clark) at that position who we thought would be ahead of him.

Honestly, I think he jumps both of them. His pass rush skills were evident when I saw him in the All American game, and he looked like one of the 5 best players in both games combined regardless of position.

He isn't a three down player and will only be used in some pass rushing situation much like Mingo was when he was a similar weight. Key will not be a starter/three down player for the 2015 team at any point unless there are serious injuries.

You do realize Teuhema and Clark are the backups right? He doesn't have to be an every down player, but coming in on 3rd down situations, I could see him making some big plays.
