Key's latest workout video was filmed in a gym in Duluth, GA with former Falcon DE Chuck Smith.
Why is Key not working out at LSU? If Key does not report Monday, then why not? Why does a "shoulder surgery" excuse Key's absence from LSU workouts?

If he doesn't show up Monday then that's very bad news. Helps us to appreciate there's more to this whole thing than just "personal problems" and shoulder surgery.

You seem to be confused. Players do not report for fall camp until Monday. You are free to workout however you please before monday.
If you want to wait until Monday and remake this thread then go for it.
But seeing as it is Saturday and not Monday this seems pointless.

As long as he is wearing his #49 jersey with 3 fingers in the grass while BYU QB says "down, set, hut" or whatever weird thing he calls, I'll drink my cold beer happy on September 2nd around 7:30ish.

I hope it is an old video. I really do. I'm honestly not trying to create drama. But if Key doesn't report Monday then Oeaux needs to address the matter and be done with it. LSU can have a very good season with or without Key. My point is that Key doesn't need to become a distraction. Tell the truth Monday.

I'm sure he will address anything that needs addressing, especially since these media guys also look at social media and see these things. There will be questions if they see Key somewhere besides BR come Monday. He may be leaving for BR in the morning, and just wanted to spend as much time as he could with family. Are the rest of the guys even on campus right now? O may have given them the weekend off before camp starts.

I mean, I think there's reason to somewhat worry about his shoulder, since his return keeps getting pushed back. But nothing to keep anyone up at night, and as long as he can go full contact by September 1, everything will be fine.

No, I'm not a writer. I'm asking the questions that the media won't ask. If Key reports Monday, then no story. However, if Key doesn't show, then let's see what the excuse is.

Why are you limiting yourself to that question? Here are some others a forensic, heroic reporter like you should ask...
If Orgeron doesn't show up for work Monday...?

And back to Key. If he doesn't show up on Monday, but he has the coach's permission to not be there, then so what? Maybe the coaches think he's getting better coaching in Atlanta then he'd get here. We just don't know.
