He LIVED in the backfield tonight. When he gets an offseason of lifting under his belt, he will be an All American.

Yes, but

He could have recovered a fumble he caused in the first quarter if he had not been showboating after the tackle.

When he ran that running back down from behind it was almost like seeing Mingo against Oregon.

he needs a bit more muscle on him but the kid had a hell of a year. It would be nice if we could start getting some holds called because he is being held all game.

He has more skill and ability than Mingo but is slightly less athletic. Mingo was more athletic but Key is more sound and will be much more polished by the time he is done.

Mingo didn't even see the field until his RS soph year. Key is on pace to be waaaaaay better than Mingo ever was. Mingo was very overrated imo.

Key, Bower, and Godchaux wrecked that O Line tonight. They were all dominant.

Going to be a beast no doubt, but I also like how Bower has played as a backup. Really strong, smart, with enough speed to make plays.

You could see in his HS tapes how dominant he could be. He may not be a 4.4 muscled out guy but he plays smart and with great technique. Once he gets in the weight room he'll be a monster.

Hence my reasoning about him being a better football player than Mingo. Key will never run a 4.5 40 but is on track to be a more productive pass rusher. No slight on Mingo whatsoever but Key is a better, more polished player at this point in his career

Mingo was a track athlete who started playing football as a junior in HS. He was never a true football player and its showing in the NFL. Still was a damn good player for us, but key is more of a natural football player

Kid is going to be a star.

I've seen him on the field and he's huge. Seeing him on tv doesn't do him justice. He's huge.

I wouldn't want him running at me full sprint.

This is hilarious. Key has crazy speed for a guy his size. May not be exactly Mingo, but not far off. He reminded me exactly of Mingo when he was chasing down Mahomes and Washington though. He lived in the backfield.

The DL is going to be crazy next year and I think either Key or Neal breaks the LSU single season sack record.

Tolliver 40 TKLs, 3 ints, 10 PBUs
Guice 130 car 1040 yards 7 TDs, 12 rec 120 yards 1 TD
Johnson 27 rec 390 yards 4 TDs
Weathersby likely the starting RT or a starting guard
Teheuma All SEC, honorable mention All American

That's my opinion
